Is it safe to order CDs and other stuff from this web site?
Yes it is! Orders go through Paypal, although you do not have to be registered with Paypal to order. We do not get your credit card number, and have no access to it. We've used Paypal for years for online ordering with no problems ever. If you have any doubts at all, you can also order CDs by phone toll free via CDBaby at (800) 448-6369. Note that their prices may differ slightly from ours as it's a separate distributor. You can also order by check via mail.

Who do I talk to if something goes wrong with my order?

What happens if my CD gets damaged in the mail?
Contact us directly here and we'll replace it for you at no charge to you.

When will my CD arrive?
If you are located in the U.S., you should receive your CDs within 7-10 days after ordering. If you are overseas, please allow longer, up to four weeks in some parts of Europe.
